"Dr. Jones and his M.A. Janet are simply first-rate. Dr. Jones has helped me in managing Crohn's Disease for several years, and he's been consistently knowledgeable (extremely well versed on menu of options including capabilities of various biologics), thoughtful, careful and caring in taking the time my visits require. That's true whether the visit is routine, for monitoring, or for a colonoscopy. He's always mild mannered, composed, and if he doesn't know something he's the first to call a colleague or other source that does. Sometimes he does relevant research after a visit.
