Dr. Pratishtha Singh is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Singh is interested and experienced in treating all disorders across the gastrointestinal spectrum. She has a special interest in colon cancer prevention and also in treating metabolic associated steatotic liver disease.
Acute liver failure; intestinal dysbiosis. A near-fatal ruptured subcapsular liver hematoma; a routine colonoscopy. This is the duality of cases that Dr. Singh experienced during her gastroenterology rotations, and what initially captivated her interest in the field. This combined with her love for GI pathology is what made her want to specialize in Gastroenterology. She finds it to be the perfect field where she can provide routine/preventative care as well as take care of high acuity patients with complex pathologies.
Dr. Singh obtained her Medical Degree at Ross University School of Medicine. She then completed her Medical Residency at Mercer University School of Medicine – Grand Strand Health and Medical Fellowship at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.
